  רהיטים מעולים במחירים לכל כיס, קצת קשה להגיע ולמצוא חנייה נוחה באיזור אבל לאחר שהגעתם תמצאו צוות נהדר ומוצרים מעולים במחירים שווים!!!

  We’ve ordered the Garox chairs in black (the model with the full length back). The chairs were picked up by us at the location and functioned well for about 3 months. By that time I noticed that one of the zippers was undone and tried closing it, the zipper head just broke off as though it was made of cheap plastic. We’ve gotten in touch with garox furniture to claim our warranty, it took them about a week to let me know that their customer service is done through what’s app and that I should send them images of the zippers which I did as soon as o got home. Haven’t heard back from them though the messages appeared as “read”. I sent them several other messages the next day until they finally replied. What I read next was absolutely disgraceful. Garox told us that they will not be able to honor their warranty for the next 3 months!!! Because they are out of stock on these chairs and will only be getting the next shipment in 3 months time. They provide absolutely no alternative, they did however offer that I go to any repair shop and pay for the repair out of pocket, while they absolutely refused to reimburse us for the expense if we chose to repair it. “I can’t offer you any other solution other than waiting for 3 months” they said, and when we said this was unacceptable they went on explaining to us how “spoiled” we were by asking a reasonable resolution because, and I quote- “ it’s not like you don’t have a chair to sit on, it’s just undone at the bottom.” Even when I explained to them there’s a kitten in the house that may get into the filling of the chair and so we can not take the chair off the table basically. They still refused to offer a reasonable resolution. I know that often a times we’ve come to expect innadiquet service from israeli companies, but I think you better invest your money elsewhere as this company is below the already hideous market standard.   ראיתי שיש ביקורות טובות אז כנראה אחת ל.. קורה פשלות כמו שקרה לי... הזמנתי שולחן מדגם מסוים ובאתי למקום לאסוף את השולחן (לאחר שהתקשרתי לתאם ולוודא שהוא במלאי). בפועל, מסתבר שהוא לא היה במלאי... נורא מעצבן כשלעצמו אבל היו אנשים נחמדים ואמרו לי שתוך שבועיים יהיה במלאי ואקבל אותו במשלוח חינם... המתנתי שבועיים וגם אז השולחן לא היה... המתנתי אחרי זה עוד שבועיים מבלי שאף אחד יצר איתי קשר וגם אז השולחן לא היה... לבסוף התפשרתי על שולחן אחר שהגיע אליי במשלוח תוך יומיים בסה"כ - אנשים די נחמדים והיו די קשובים כשהתקשרתי להלין על כך. לפי הביקורות - כנראה באמת עושים עבודה טובה בדרך כלל. ציפיתי לפחות לאיזה פיצוי על כך שהמתנתי חודש לשולחן שלא ידעו מתי יגיע ונתנו לי סתם לחכות...

  הזמנתי שולחן סלון שראיתי באינטרנט. השולחן הגיע אחרי יומים והוא מקסים!
