  Waited for my order for two hours…never arrived!! The restaurant isn’t picking the phone even once.

  After three hours good has not arrived...poor service! Should let costumers know they are unable to do deliveries.

  The absolute worst restaurant experience I've had. Ants at the entrance, inside the restaurant. The floor was dirty and sticky. Tiny flies sat with us at the table and dead flies in our water jug. There was no soap or paper at the restrooms. We asked for reusable water glasses and got plastic cups again and again. The food itself arrived really late. 2 Burgers and 1 Vegan dish (which arrived with mayonnaise, that we specifically asked not to bring, as it is not vegan.) The burgers were plastic-like and off-putting in taste, color, and texture and we could not finish our meal. Not worth the price, or any price.

  Probably one of the worst places I ever visited - service-wise. It was hard getting the staff's attention. Upon giving us the food, some spilled and instead of cleaning it, they asked me if I want paper towels to clean it. When we asked for a plate, they looked at us and told us that there are no plates. And when we wanted to pay, we actually waited for about 10 minutes with our hand raised, until we gave up and decided to walk to the kitchen and ask them if we can pay because we want to go. Food was good, but the service ruined everything.
