  I ordered a custom Hebrew name charm for my daughter on March 17, 2018. I paid for priority shipping to ensure that I would receive it by my daughter Bat Mitzvah mid April. As of today May 1, 2018, I have not received my order. I have requested a tracking number 4x as well as ask for a refund 4x. I have not recieved a response.
