  We booked an apartment (Banana Beach apartment, Kanfei Nesharim St 30) directly through FeelHome, as David was able to offer us a discount if we don't book directly through AirBnB. Which was probably the catch... On our first day in Tel Aviv, we asked David through WhatsApp how the TV works as we couldn't find any TV channels (as this was advertised on Airbnb). As a response we received a threat that he would kick us out of the apartment, if I don't apologize for the apparently bad tone (please see the screenshots attached). There is absolutely no excuse for such a unprofessional behavior. He also never called me back since that incident even though I asked him to do so as I wanted to understand what caused his unprofessional behavior to us. We were wondering how anyone could act like that especially as he knew I was traveling with my 63yr old mother and 40yr old sister. A picture says more than a thousand words, I have therefore included screenshots from David's responses. There are more messages like that and I'm happy to share all screen shots. If you book one of David's places, do it through Airbnb as he fears bad reviews on his apartment ads on that platform. The majority is positive but have a look at David's answers on the negative reviews and you'll instantly see that he faces difficulties in professional communication. After David's first "meltdown" we didn't make an effort to react to his messages as we enjoyed our awesome vacation on the Dead Sea Tel Aviv way too much :).
