  I think we all need to be a little more understanding. The embassy is clearly overbooked with citizenship applications, but unlike many trigger happy folks here I got the impression that the embassy team is actually doing the best they can. Yes, I didn't get a reply to either of my e-mails sent days apart, and there's no one to speak to on the phone these days. So I went there today (Tuesday is their no apointment day) and was welcomed by a kind and very helpful man, who saved no efforts to make sure that everyone was getting everything they need, and beyond. He was polite, efficient and the best part, he did it with a honest smile. Knowing the hard work that those guys face these days, people like you and I, we should be more tolerant and understanding, this really applies anywhere else.

  Por mais de um mes estou esperando para o recebimento do meu CARTAO CIDADAO e juntamente com a entrega do mesmo, fui informada que poderia levar a lista dos meus bens para receber o CERTIFICADO DE BAGAGEM necessario para o envio do nosso container que ja esta agendado para daqui a 10 dias, e ate o momento nao recebemos nenhum ligacao. Quem pode nos ajudar?????

  Stay away from this embassy - it employs the most unpleasant officials I have met before that make a feeling that customers are burdening their existence. Shame on the state of Portugal that such people represent the country.

  סבל ועוגמת נפש! למעלה מחצי שנה מנסה לקבוע תור בשגרירות עצמה וגם בטלפון על מנת לסיים את תהליך קבלת האזרחות העורך דין שלי גם עובד עצות . מוכן לשלם למי שמכיר ויכול לתאם פגישה עם תימנה לאחר קבלת אישור הקהילה היהודית. אם ידעתי שכך יהיה לא הייתי מתחיל בתהליך.

  לא עונים בטלפון וכשכן עונים אומרים להתקשר ביום אחר \ אחר כך (קרה לי 4 פעמים) כשהגעתי לשם נראה שהם יעשו הכל כדי למנוע ממך לבצע את מה שהגעת הייתי אמור להוציא ויזת עבודה ופשוט הורידו לי את החשק להתעסק איתם
