  The service picking up the car was great. The front windshield was pretty dirty from the inside, we had to stop to clean it when we drove at night for the first time. The return also was fine until it came to taking the shuttle to the terminal. They said the shuttle just left and would be back in 15 minutes. That's fine. When it did cone back the driver got out and started to check in cars. I asked him if we could leave and he said "after I finish with these cars". I said I have already been waiting for 15 min and his reply was "rent from another company next time". I'm Israeli. I know that service is not the best here, but that is just bad business. Get to the airport early.

  I prepaid for car rental but they charged twice my prepayment without any explanation. The person that checked the car stated every thing was fine and promised to email a statement. Never got a statement. Basically bunch of crooks. I disputed the credit card charges no resolution yet.

  Best experience, so far, in customer service for rental car pick-up & drop off in Israel. Still checking the final bill to see if it matches our agreement.

  Alamo is the worst there, they literally want to rip you off. After making a reservation with Expedia, for 3 days for only 79 USD, they forced me to buy this crazy insurance for 200 dollars!!! and that was basic one, i explained no one told me that and insurance should be voluntary, this rude lady showed a paper saying they can make you buy insurance at the time of the rental. this is absolutely obnoxious, I paid no insurance, and thank God the people from Europcar were listening and they offered me a nice car good price no insurance needed. Avoid this desk by all means!

  I had an excellent experience renting a car from Eldan, Ben Grunion Airport branch (first time ever from Eldan and first time ever in Israel in general). The service provided by Ido S. was quick and professional. All the paperwork was ready in no time. Had no issues with the car during our stay. No waiting time when dropped the car off at the same location 9 days later. Thanks guys!
