  They charged my card with a 100 EUR greater amount than written in the contract with no explanation.

  Rent a reck would be more appropriate name for Eldan. First car filthy and bashed on every panel - broke down 4 days later. The replacement car was 85000 km and damaged, the next car was 4 years old and 75000 km filthy dirty, with faulty air conditioning. Customer services (Rivka) says she can’t deal with car and can only take a message, she was able to give us wrong number Don’t use Eldan !!!

  Be seriously advised before renting here and do your homework. This company is NOT a friendly happy-go-lucky type of business with the intention of having satisfied repeat customers. The setup at both the local branches and the airport car return site is completely opposite of the impression that their website gives you. With my specific rental, which were for five days, I was given a car from a lower price/car group at the parking lot after having booked online and having the rental comfirmed both after the online booking and at the local office in which I choose to pick up the car. When I adressed the issue upon seeing the car I was told that it was the same group even though the information on their website clearly states orherwise. At the car rental drop off at the airport I was told to call customer service if I wanted to seek a refund for the amount overpayed or complain, even though I stated that I lived in another country and calling wasn't a very convinient option.

  Worst car rental company ever!!! Like the other reviews said, they are incompetent and are thieves. They kept charging my credit card and never letting me know what it was for. And no one responds when you try to contact them. Rent from an American company if you find yourself in Israel and not from these LYING UNPROFESSIONAL SCOUNDRELS!!!

  Cool helpful staff and the cars are of pretty good quality, clean and run well.
