::It is a nice spot on the Carmel Mt., part of a Natural Reserve. The eagles cage is for threating wounded or sick birds. It is an interesting point to go by, while walking in the reservation and enjoying the charms of nature on the hill top and vewing the nice colors of the sea shore.It takes 1-2 hours for a round trip, depending on the participants.

::It is a cool ( though quite easy) hike to get there. The vultures - note NOT eagles - are quite amazing to see even though you have to peek at them through three fences.
