  A terrible branch. People wait over an hour and the clerks are busy crunching in bruises while ineffectual.

  Very poor service! I've been standing here for more than half an hour. No one cares. When I ask for help from a clerk because he sits idly by, I check to see which team I sent with the number. And tell me that's how it is. The branch is almost empty of people. Maybe 3 in total, full of clerks and clerks, all busy talking to each other, one busy with Watsap, some walking at turtle pace, returning with tea / coffee, one in position 14, the clerk watching videos on the phone, 16 simply walking idly. At the branch. Another lady in position 18 says she does not even belong to the branch. That's what Discount's service looks like. Really bad.

  Wide cozy and convenient branch, ample parking (first two hours free). The excellent branch staff is courteous and welcoming. Indulgent waiting corners, clean and tidy restrooms, exemplary order through computer system. Most importantly, human helplessness does not have the employees of this branch.
