  The service is at a very low level. There is always a mess and contradiction between what is written on the website and bankers say what is happening on the ground. Personal banking - it is written that you can come, take a queue number and be accepted by a banker. The guard did not let in — said he only had to make an appointment in advance. Did anyone else say that it is possible to take a queue at a management position and let the guard enter? Checkbooks - in all the branches you can get from a banker and in this branch at the moment no, only at the checkout, you have to take an appointment again. It is difficult to find work hours online, there are 3 (!!!) versions regarding this specific branch are not similar to each other. Such a personal attitude does not exist. No one will take responsibility for the mess and discrepancy between the information. And on the Discount website through which she orders notebooks, I did not find any information at all for the working hours of this specific branch. As much as I'm at Discount — there was none and there is no exact order and information.
