  The staff are professional, courteous and helpful. This is the designated branch for foreigners and language skills are improving but the branch is not yet orientated towards this service. Some friendly English (etc) language signs or even leaflets explaining how the services operate would be a welcome improvement. Cashiers no longer operate at this branch. You will need a cash card eventually so you may as well get one now.

  I came to open an account, the conditions were not clear. I was driven crazy with emails, phone calls and meetings, dozens of signatures and in the end nothing came out, unprofessional It is not recommended not to be interested in getting away.

  Everybody were pleasant. I can’t understand why average comment here is bad, but in my case everybody were very professional, answered all my questions(even stupid ones). Service were on high level.

  I wish I could give them 0 stars. Everything I asked for was answered in the same way “sorry we can’t do that”. Don’t waste your time, banking overseas is easier than banking here.
