::I booked an appointment online for 12:30. Waiting 30 minutes to deliver an envelope by registered mail. Right now 13:00 and my turn is not yet in sight. The crowd is angry about the delay and shouts occasionally ... The manager peeked out of the office for a moment to see what the fuss was about and ran away. I understand that there is an occasional rush, but why allow you to book an appointment for another ten minutes, if already at the time of booking the appointment there are about 30 people waiting for you.
