  Shocking office services, a telephone that works grudgingly and answers people on the phone with a sour face, trying to get right in every smallest mistake the patient makes. For example: I was supposed to have an appointment, I called the day before to cancel it, and I got a lot of criticism about how irresponsible I was for canceling the line and screwing the doctor up because he was working for the time being. In short, a dental clinic is not a place that a person comes to by choice, it is a place that comes from having no choice. Will not hurt a little smile and niceness and a sense of confidence during treatment. Personally, the same phone call from the clinic made me reluctant to want to treat them, a harsh and cold attitude and a difficult relationship in human relations. The doctor is professional and dedicated to his work. Just replace his phone operator or teach her how to talk about patients.
