  I heard about Dr. Deutsch who is an expert and dedicated, but unfortunately I was not introduced to him. I arrived through the Maccabi Health Insurance Fund at 10:00 to the appointment scheduled for me at 10:10. There was before a couple waiting in line, and they came in at 10:50. The clerk estimated that I would enter within 20 minutes. At 11:15 3 more patients arrived who were received very warmly by the clerk who promised one of them that the doctor went out to talk to him. At 11:20 the couple's treatment ended and then the clerk went to the doctor and I waited another 5 minutes. He did not refer to me at all. I had to give up the queue because I had been waiting there for an unreasonable time anyway. I have never encountered such impudence anywhere.

  Unfortunately I can not give an opinion on the treatment of Dr. David Deutsch It is possible that he is a professional and dedicated doctor despite the conduct of his secretary and the way she conducts appointments and speaks to patients. I was scheduled for today at 11:10. I was 10 minutes early. I saw that there was a significant amount of people waiting in line, because I had a busy schedule that day and just for general information I asked the doctor's secretary how long am I scheduled to wait? I replied that it was on the order of 40 minutes (of course without an apology or an explanation that this is not usually the case), what to do with the braces in life I decided to go down to the mall for a cup of coffee (I moved several sessions to make up for the delay). After 40 minutes I come back and find that the number of people is not going down, I went to the secretary and asked her how much time I had left to wait? The answer was about 30 minutes (answered me in her turn without feeling the need to apologize). At this point the level of impudence exceeded the reasonable limit. I asked her does it make sense to her that 40 minutes ago, she said 40 minutes, and now we are adding another 30 minutes to a 40 minute delay? "The secretary tried to explain that the respected Dr. gives his soul to take care of his patients. I pointed out that in this case it may be necessary to reduce the number of people who order the clinic in order to give the doctor an opportunity to give dedicated care to everyone without having to wait over an hour." I answered "that this is the healing spirit", I asked because I wanted to know "that the spirit of the healing" is that the patient should allocate an hour or two in advance beyond the time he planned to stay in? I was told I was welcome to complain Before the doctor and the sale is not interested in having a discussion about the matter (no apology or small attempt by the little ones to bring one yet), of course I canceled the queue at the place because I do not intend to leave a penny in the place.   Dr. David Deutsch is one of the best ophthalmologists in his field, an excellent diagnoser, most effective and also very humane treatments. warmly recommended
