  On September 2, 2020, at about 1000, I experienced a disgraceful and shameful incident at the Afula branch when a security guard prevented me from entering the branch and even used force and pushed me out of the branch door. In my opinion, this is the bank's treatment of its customers, and therefore I am considering transferring my account to Bank Yahav.
