  I do not tend to write reviews but I must share our personal experience for the sake of others! And for they shall see and see. We are a young couple and we took out a mortgage through Discount Bank and all the dealing with our mortgage adviser was terrible from the start! Just abuse as its name implies. Changing interest rates one day before receiving the money, lack of response and service, lack of professionalism and opacity that we did not encounter. In order to talk to someone we had to physically come to the branch every time because there is no answer in the consultant's emails for many days and also there is no phone and access to the branch and we live in another city. They are not willing to give a direct phone call from the banker we are dealing with or in general access to the branch and that is A and B. It got to the point where we waited two hours on the line to be answered by a phone representative who could not help us! Service under all criticism! It is not possible that if there is no response from the treating agent, the customer is harmed to the point of breach of contract! And no one else can help! In light of the great competition in the market that waves that service is above all I highly recommend not to approach them. you have been warned!

  Very unfriendly staff. Security guy treats people as he owns that place. Waited in a line more than half of hour and did not get a service.

  Worst service I have ever seen in my life Disgust closed this branch is better as people dogs attitude there

  Very satisfied with the service at the branch! The manager is pleasant and efficient, Moriah, Osnat and the rest of the team are champions. Recommend 👌🏻

  Disgraceful and very poor service to the point of disrespecting me. Promise and do not exist and do not answer the phone when you need service from the branch itself, everything is cumbersome and especially especially promising and not fulfilling and not repeating and not dealing with important issues. Of course I did not go into this detail in a big way you will know that branch 58 through Ben Gurion Bank Discount gave a horrible service and that is why I am in the process of leaving them and suing them after years of being their customer.
