::They are simply thieves. I was unable to travel to tel aviv in March due to C19 and even though they promised to refund my money they simply blocked me on wassap and the booking.com system and they have dedicated themselves to ignoring me. They have not even returned the part corresponding to the cancellation that was partially refundable. Some unpresentable. Do not stay there.

::The apartment itself was fine. If you not fussy and realize that Tel Aviv is an expensive city its good value to stay here but the big problem is the Noise. If you want to sleep you will not be able to as the Noise at least from the Apartment I was staying was bad it made impossible to get a good sleep . Please consider on getting soundproof windows in Urban Flat. The noise from the mechanic woke me up early every morning.
