::Waste of time and terrible service. If you have a choice, avoid using the DHL Israel delivery service, or be aware that the service reps will be totally unable to tell you, within half a day, at what time your package might make it to your front door. No, they cannot tell you if your package will be delivered in the morning or the afternoon, just that it might arrive some time between 9 am and 6 pm, because deliveries, they told me, are NOT their priority. Deliveries are bumped over to make room for more profitable package collection. It is, they told me, more important for them to get packages TO the airport than to you. OK, fine. Moreover, if you the client do not contact them to find out where your package is, they will not even try to schedule delivery... I will be lodging a complaint with Amazon as well, requesting that they stop sending me anything via DHL.

::DHL Israel is a crooked organization. Stay away from them at all costs. I receive shipments from China all the time (3-4 a week). This is an invoice for $9 samples weighing 400 Grams ( a small package). They charged me 330 Shekel ($95) for processing the package - NOT CUSTOMS. I am now refusing the package and instructing all suppliers to only use FedEx or ePacket. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

::dhl Israel is learning from Israeli postal company how to offer junk service . they made an agreement with cheetah delivery ,to deliver inside Israel . package from iherb arrived after 3 days delay , all this time was in deposit without cooling .telephone service = big joke, i speak better with my hand

::They were very helpful. Prices are honestly reasonable. I was looking into shipping things to Europe. For 2 days express, up to 10 kg, the price was less than 800 shekel. They even gave me boxes for free.

::I want all the way to the offices. The delivery guy that came to our place was rude. So I took the package and took it to the main office they are opened usually from 8am till 4pm In the office every body where nice and helpful and they promised that the delivery will get right on time.
