  I ordered a shipment of fresh fish from them and received frozen fish with a shocking smell and not the right weight. Their response was "this is the smell of fresh fish from the sea" while I was getting frozen fish. It is a pity that you underestimate the health of your customers and lie about the quality of the product.

  Crooks liars and thieves. The fish I ordered was "missing" and sent on their own another fish, smaller and cheaper without notice. After I complained they asked me to send them the fish back: o

  I bought spicy fish patties ready to fry, asked explicitly if it was fresh frozen and thawed, and was told no. At home I felt that the patty was full of water and the texture of one that was frozen and then thawed as I thought, and also had such a smell not of fresh fish. I took a ready-made sashimi platter with 4 types of fish (salmon, tuna, entias and palmida) none of which were really tasty, especially not the salmon and tuna, plus the prices there are insanely expensive, and I will not go back there again until there is improvement in all these things.
