  Located on Carmel hills with a great panorama view ... Good breakfast, rooms are ok but honestly they would need a little "update". All in all a good hotel for business or as starting point for tourist tours to the north of Israel.

  Nice staff, nice rooms good breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean and neat, and if you get the room with the port view you have a really nice panorama of Haifa! Do recommend.

  AMAZING FOOD! I had such a great time! The space was a bit small when eating, but overall the steak was Amazing!

  Room is old but clean, staff are friendly until you need something they don’t normally provide. It’s the only place I’ve ever been where you have to go to an ironing room. The manager thinks she’s doing you a favour by making you take your laundry all over the hotel with the “convenient ironing room”. Definitely not four star, more like 2.5 star anywhere else. Give it a miss.

  We stayed at the hotel this’s Passover April 2018. The room was renovated and very clean. The children club was nice and the staff were nice and cooperative. The children loved it. The service was good and helpful. The view was amazing. We had a great experience!! Very good value for money! We will certainly come again.
