  Very low maintenance,,,not that quality peole, a bit pricey, on the other hand its right on the beach,,so you can get down directly from the lobby i guess thats a good bonus,

  Personality I think the best days are over for the colony beach...the place looks neglected. Great location, no doubt and prices are fine, but it doesn't give me the "wow" feeling at all, the shop owner smokes inside his shop, found the sauna many time closed while it should have been open....two cats seem to own the hall and the sofa's...place for divorced and retires.....

  Very nice beach view, well organized restaurant area. Some areas still under construction but seems they are focused on improving infrastructure and beauty of beach front. I Highly recommend paying a visit to this beautiful beach.
