  Do yourself a favor and stay away from fire !!!!!! Customer service under any review and the goods provided do not match the order. And worst of all is Yoram the owner who just shirks responsibility and yells at customers!

  We ordered super expensive electric scroll nets from Yoram, the owner. Pulled us a lot of time, did not answer the phones, did not keep any promise. At the end the networks were installed, and a few months later one of the networks stopped quarantining until the end. There is no one to talk to again. The product is good, but the service is on the face. Do not get close!

  Do not get close !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We installed chains that each cost almost 5000 NIS !! And after a year and 4 months the chain does not roll back into place. I called several times, sent messages and just did not interest anyone !!!!! I spoke directly with Yoram the owner and he has no interest in providing service . So anyone who just wants to pay without getting product service ... this is the right address!
