  Why so much rudeness? Dont speak to you even when you ask something. Dont help in anything... is it supposed to be a service?

  We chose to rent a bugdet car in israel to have the possibility of having service in all israel budget shop. We rented a car in tel aviv and wanted to extend the contract. We were supposed to be able to do that in every budget shop in israel but the woman in afula budget didn t want to help us or to let us use the phone to call tel aviv shop. She even didn t say good bye. That s desappointed when you pay for a service you dont have.

  My first experience renting a car. Very quick and easy service, friendly and professional staff (we were refused in other agency). We took Toyota Corolla. The deposit was available during two days after. Highly recommended 😊

  I came back on several occasions because of the price and good service.
