  Want to share my experience at the Bank of Jerusalem Ashdod branch when I applied to HaMoked for a loan they said a representative from the bank would get back to me within two days and since then 3 weeks have passed after another application of mine a week ago and also did not really hurt and disgrace the bank's conduct towards customers.
