  The manager of the "service" branch instead of helping a frustrated customer. And telling me "I understand you're frustrated" chose to come in with me head to head. The first process of issuing credit, started asking me questions. Before she explains to me that she needs to get personal information! She just told me to ask my parents for help! And that she does not allow me to open credit (. I am a part-time and self-employed student) Did not give me an option for different frameworks that I could and simply determined that I could not take out credit Just because of her ego! It's just delusional that this is how a bank is run and transfers me from clerk to clerk. They terrify me
