If it were possible to add a picture of the waiting time on the phone line, I would indicate, but apparently the bank closed this option in the interest of the bank. It is simply disgusting for the conduct and horror service on the part of the managers of the Bank / Poalim-715 branch in Hatzor HaGlilit and the voice response in particular. "Working for you" This is probably just a password and a scam of the bank.

  Service lacks courtesy and consideration and does not mean to underestimate the needs of its customers on the part of the branch managers. A bank that does not help its customers and only extorts commissions and high interest rates on a monthly basis for every smallest transaction.
