::Attitude and standards of service from the worst! There are no counters at all, only personal banking positions, which means that even if you arrived at a small (and relatively quick) thing like collecting a checkbook or credit card, you have to wait close to an hour! Although the place looks well-kept, but here all the "good" you get ends. Lucky that at least there is an ice cream parlor next door where I could drown my grief and despair from the branch and the bank in general.
