  The place is well maintained but the service is very slow and you wait a long time, and you can only enter if you make an appointment, which is a very big minus, which causes quite a bit of sadness for people. And the bankers are unfortunately not focused on their work and there are a lot of distractions after already approaching the personal queue, very much hoping that they will change the tough procedures they have set

  Very poor service not costumer friendly at all. Thank G-d I switched to a different bank.

  Worst! Bank ever!!! Zero customer support. And the machines are always broken. I came down for a problem four times each time they promised to call back and never did. The manager barely apologized when confronted and then told me he can't help me. When I called the telephone support they said that his answer was unacceptable lets hope they end up fixing things. In the meantime I will file a complaint on him. If they don't fix this I will switch banks!

  In no way complimenting an Israeli Banking institution but the service here is competitive.
