::This branch was only used by business customers until recently, and now it seems that it was merged with the private branch. On the face of it, a move to unify the best employees from each branch is supposed to be a move to streamline and improve the service, but it is undoubtedly one of the worst branches of Union Bank, to say the least. The service is amateurish and seems to work in the most improvised way there is. There are no procedures, no order, no logic. There are only those who shout louder, receive service and attitude. I paced back and forth among the desperate workers for the simplest action. Only when they "threaten" to talk to the branch manager do they receive any treatment. The lack of professionalism of the branch is evident in every department, and the employees' carelessness is terrible.
