  פעם אחרונה שאני שוכר רכב מבלו סקיי , למרות המחירים הנמוכים , השירות פשוט נוראי. אחרי החזרתי את הרכב בסניף תל אביב , לא סגרו לי את התיק והשאירו את המסגרת תפוסה על 4 אלף שקל מה שמונע ממני להשתמש בכרטיס האשראי, אחרי שפניתי אליהם לא פתרו לי את הבעיה ואמרו שיחזרו אלי רק אחרי 24 שעות לנסות לפתור את הבעיה ...

  I rented a car from blue sky it started with them not telling me that I need to pay for there parking tickets when you pickup the car from the airport ..the car had electric problems so I changed it too a different car that had the same problems.. I call twice too the office in Raanana and left my information for them to call me back and no one called me back now I'm on my way to the airport it is 7:30 PM My flight is at 10 PM I'm calling the office from 7 PM I called a 24 hour number to ask them where should I return the car in the airport, who do I give the keys too but no one has an answer their customer service 24 hours told me too leave the car with the keys in side and go.. Does this sound normal?!?!
