  We are really unhappy about our stay there... It was the only bad experience we made during our time in Bethlehem! I would never stay there again. The rooms were super cold, we couldn't sleep the whole night and some room interior was dirty as well like the bedsheets. We asked the owner for a refund, because we got less rooms than we booked, but all his stuff always told us that he is at the airport and they can't reach him... In addition, we asked for a confirmation, that we get money back, because of the missing room. But they only send us a whatsapp, which wasn't what we asked for and then blocked our number. Really not a nice experience for anyone and especially super expensive for such a bad hotel

  We stayed there for one night on Christmas Eve. We booked and paid for 2 double rooms and ended up getting one room for 4 people. We complained and the owner told us that we would get a refund. But that never happened. Would not recommend it. Additionally, some bed sheets were dirty, we didn't get towels and it was super cold.

  Very old place. There no much parking very noisy too.
