  Today it's a low rating. About a month ago I bought an avocado in a box, which is supposed to be perfect and ready to eat. When I got home it was rotten on the bottom. It was after closing on Friday, so I said, I'll take a pic and get a refund. Today, after about a month, having been unable to come for a while I asked for a refund. No, the lady at the counter said, if its past a month, she can't know how much it is. I tried to argue but to no avail. I feel really put out by such behaviour- I have an account with them. In a few seconds they could pull up my history and see exactly how much it was. About 2 months ago I bought a fan which was missing a screw. I decided to buy a replacement rather than returning it because then they would have to replace it, or take it from another one of their good fans. I'm a fair customer, and expect the same from them. I hope management sees this and corrects this behaviour and attitude. They have a nice range of things but are more expensive but I shop there because they have nice fruit and a range of products. It's my expectation is that as a customer of a more exclusive store their service would be higher than the average store. I'm very disappointed today. Usually it's a good shopping experience but today I felt I didn't get the service i thought I deserved.

  Great place to shop. Many american items and fresh butcher. Would shop there again for sure
