  It's a very nice cafe on the top floor of Base Art School. There are some artistic elements you can enjoy on the way up to the cafe. The view from the balcony is beautiful - you'll see most of the industrial area and even a bit of ocean. The menu doesn't offer a large selection - some salads 🥗, sandwiches, some pasta. Sometimes they have the lasagna which is good. The coffee is also ok. Good selection for veggies and vegens. Prices are fair 32-50 nis. Note it's dairy only.
