  Never come here to open an bank account. Competence zero. During covid, they could not even send a card to home. Forced to come to the bank for a card. In the application, you can sign up to pick up the card only in mid-November (now August). Here people do not know anything how to do business. Better to open an account in Hapoalim (50 meters)

  Terrible customer service. From the banker working at the desk to the manager of the branch - poor service. Refusal to assist and go out of their way to deny service for Leumi customers regardless how small the task. Would not recommend this branch to anyone and avoid like the plague.

  Waiting time for teller is up to 90min, there is no number system, i think this is something they can really work on... efficiency is poor.
