  Service on the face. I took a queue at the entrance and entered an empty hall with no customers. There are vacant clerks, but do not accept customers who have not booked an appointment in the app. So why is there a queue at the entrance, and why is there no one to receive people in a regular queue? In general, the whole section of ordering an appointment in the app creates a situation in which service is not given at a time convenient to the customer, those when it is convenient for the bank 🤢
