  Just one "banquet" towards King George Street, there are two more ATMs in the Panamanian area that is closed, always! Alak Digital Services ... I'm waiting outside (cold rain), already over 20 minutes one branch downtown! And the great part is that they want to take a bank commission !!

  Endless queue at the box office. 3 open positions out of 10. Waiting for an hour and still waiting ... forever!

  Customer service isn't good, but if you need help ask for Sharon or Alon. The manager of the branch is welcoming and helpful - rare! (Mr. Moshe Shneor)

  Everyone has lots of time but things are not Moving here. This is Israel at its worst.
