  Самое печальное отделение с котрым пришлось иметь дело. Хотел открыть счет как иностранный резидент. Отправляли меня 3 раза по месту жительства в Бат Ям, те обратно в Тель Авив. Дезинформируют друг друга, счет так и не открыли.

  Terrible service. Rude, disrespectful, border-line negligent staff. When calling the bank and asking if they might speak English by chance, being that my Hebrew isn't great, I was told "This is an ISRAELI bank sir, what do you think?!" At one point I went to withdraw cash from my account, and was told to go to a different branch because they had none … Staff lied to me when I asked if a money transfer arrived. They didn't ask for account details etc. simply told me no maybe in a week. Turns out it arrived a week earlier but no one bothered to do their job and simply check. I have no qualms with Poalim, but avoid using this branch at all costs!
