  Ein interessanter archäologischer Ort, in dem es um den Gewürzhandel in der Region von 400 v.Chr. bis 700 n.Chr. geht. Unten am Eingang bekommt man durch einen Film einen guten Überblick über die Anlage. Nach einem Erdbeben wurde die Stadt zerstört und danach nicht mehr erbaut, weshalb die heutigen Ruinen zum Teil rekonstruktiert sind. Leider fehlen in den Ruinen selbst Beschriftungen, die die Hintergründe der Ruinen genauer erklären.

  יש חניה מסודרת שירותים נקיים יחסית בכניסה סרטון קצר שמעניק הסבר ממצה על המקום וההיסטוריה שלו האתר עצמו שמור יפה, מקסים, מאד מיוחד, נוף מדהים!!!

  Stosunkowo dobrze zachowane ruiny miasta z czasów rzymskich, malowniczo położone na wzgorzu

  This is really interesting. The hill is not high by itself but comparing it to the surrounding landscape, it has a perfect view of what's going on around. The ancient Nabataeans found out and built a small fortress, which became the second most important one on the ancient silk road. I really like this site and the modern metal sculptures giving the ruins the touch of human habitation. Visit, enjoy and refresh in the small restaurant at the entrance. Try to find camouflaged animals in few photos.
