  Best coffee ever!! And you can't beat a place that serves chocolate with their coffee! Seriously!

  Rude customer service and management. They actually argued with me over switching the chocolate and jam dips w just some extra avocado. The manager stood by his coffee machine while the whole line waited for him to come and argue against any substitution. Their argument was that its not economical to give me that (that tiny piece of avocado! Apparently a customer isn’t worth that) and that “that’s the rule.” I ask and get that substitution with no hassle in any other Aroma place. שירות לקוחות ומנהל חצופים. הם אשכרה התווכחו איתי לגבי החלפת שוקולד וריבה בטיפה אבוקדו. המנהל עמד ליד מכונת הקפה בזמן שכל התור חיכה לו שיואיל לבוא ולהתווכח איתי שאין לו סיבה כלכלית להחליף לי שלושה ממרחים שאני לא אוכל בממרח אחד. כנראה הלקוחות בארומה לא שווים כפית אבוקדו. אני מבקש אותו הדבר ונענה ברצון ועם חיוך בכל סניף ארומה אחר. אין ספק שהחברה בארומה הרוויחו אבוקדו אבל הפסידו לקוח וגם קיבלו את הביקורת הזו.

  Good service. Quite and calm to work during morning time. Electricity outlets are available in several tables.
