  Where do I start? They cluster all the apartments right next to one another, looks just like Em Hamoshavot; The acoustics between all the neighbors are awful, you can hear every conversation simultaneously. The roads are too small to support the amount of car owners, and the apartments aren't nearly filled yet and already there is nowhere to park on the street (sorry guests); Drywalls are not smoothed over, grouts jobs are done sloppily, nothing is seal correctly; Lobby decor resembles a commercial office. ZERO STORE FRONTS. If you want to buy bread milk or anything at all you have to get in your car and drive at least 5 minutes to do so.
