::We made the reservation a month in advance, with a lot anticipation for our coming vacation. The room at first was very different from what we saw on the website, apparently if you wish for a specific room from a certain category you need to mention the right room number (apparently the rooms in the same category are very different from one to another) as told to us by the reception after already arriving. We stayed 2 nights and ordered breakfast. The service was given by amateurs if not even less. We waited 30 minutes, and nobody approached us, even after telling the reception that we are sitting outside. It took forever to get drinks, and I’m not even talking a bout the food. You pay so much money per night and need to squeeze the oranges for a glass of orange juice by your self. The hotel is managed by kids/ amateurs who knows nothing of service quality or standards. It’s too bad because the hotel has the potential of been a great hotel. I would give it 3 stars instead 5 due too the poor service and other issues with the room.
