  I would say if you don't know how to order parts from abroad, and need service to some audio equipment, they can often help. Their prices are not really in competition with the internet, but you can get old school no-nonsense help if you prefer to shop in a store. Very experienced, and not usually rude, but also not very nice.

  Wish the service was nicer. Still, the best way for pro audio , old school stuff.
