::Pristine sand and good facilities, including fitness, toilets showers, cafe, sunbed hire and shaded areas. You can get a lift down from the main road, or take the steps. Sea can be dangerous, so keep to where the life guards are. Recommended.

::Acadia beach is a beautiful beach right in the heart of Hertzliya, specifically Hertzliya Pituach. An affluent part of Israel with extremely beautiful villa's. I really like this beach, specifically for one reason, the water is warm since it is connected to the Mediterranean Sea. The Mediterranean Sea is somewhat landlocked which allows the water to warm up given the high temperatures in the region. So even though Eilat is far hotter than Hertzliya, it is connected to the Indian Ocean/Atlantic Ocean, making the water on the Eilat Beach extremely cold.

::Our family loves the day getaway at Acadia Beach. The beach is clean and very sandy. The man made sea breakers create a calm swimming experience with shallow to deeper water areas so that everyone can enjoy. There are lifeguards stations. A restaurant and concession take away at beachside is very convenient. There is a local bus stop and ample parking at the main entrance. There is a spectacular view at the promenade overlooking the beach with an glass elevator that takes you directly down to the beach. One of the better beaches that I have been to. Highly recommended.
