  At firs glance Abu Ali is just another shawarma place in Sakhnin, but: The shawarma is made on coals and not elecric grill. The tehini is made with real lemon. Most important: the humos is maybe the best in Sakhnin or in the region.

  Abu Ali is our favorite hummus restaurant. The hummus is delicious, the salads are plentiful, the falafel and chips are fresh, and according to my son-in-law, the shwarma is the best in Israel. The owner and family are always welcoming and friendly.
